Ballinger Honored with 2025 AIA Philadelphia Design Awards

We are pleased to announce that two Ballinger projects won 2025 Design Awards from AIA Philadelphia. Inova Health Center – Oakville, designed by Ballinger and Ennead, and the April Sampson Cancer Center, designed by Ballinger, received Merit Awards.

The AIA Philadelphia Design Awards celebrate exemplary contemporary architecture and highlight the many ways buildings can improve lives. Projects were selected by a distinguished jury of industry professionals and honored at the November 13th ceremony at 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia. The event brought together industry leaders to recognize design achievements and toast the future of the architecture profession in Philadelphia.
