Ballinger Projects Selected as Finalists for AIA Pennsylvania Awards

We are pleased to announce that recent Ballinger projects, University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Chemistry Tower and Swarthmore College’s Singer Hall, have been selected as finalists for 2023 AIA Pennsylvania Awards.  

Both the Chemistry Tower and Singer Hall are finalists for the Architectural Excellence Design Awards, which celebrate the exemplary design achievements and the impact of architecture regardless of budget, size, style, or type. 

Singer Hall is also a finalist for the COTE Award of Excellence, which honors projects that exhibit superiority in the AIA Framework for Design Excellence measures that indicate how buildings perform for the health and wellness of the occupants, communities, and the environment they serve.
