Celebrating Community, Equity, and Design

On June 27th, Ballinger will once again support community-building and equitable development in Philadelphia as a gold-level sponsor of the Community Design Collaborative’s annual fundraiser, Leverage. Proceeds support the Collaborative’s design services for local nonprofits advancing neighborhood revitalization and economic development.

Ballinger has been a long-time supporter of the Collaborative, which provides pro bono design services. During the three decades the Collaborative has been in operation, over 75 Ballinger employees have volunteered design services, working side-by-side with community groups to convert visions into conceptual designs. Communities use them to expand support for their ideas, raise funds, and build projects that improve neighborhoods throughout the city.

We look forward to continuing our relationship with the Collaborative and working together to achieve equity by design. Leverage is open to the public and will take place at Bartram’s Garden in Philadelphia. Join us and enjoy food, beverage, music, and networking opportunities in this lush outdoor setting.
