Inova Health Center – Oakville Named ENR MidAtlantic Best Project

Inova Health Center – Oakville was recognized by Engineering News-Record (ENR) as a 2025 Regional Best Project Award Winner in the healthcare category. Projects across Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and DC were evaluated on design quality, contributions to the industry and community, safety and construction, and the ability of the project team to overcome challenges.

Inova Health Center – Oakville is a 100,000 SF ambulatory care center designed by Ballinger and Ennead. It is the first of a multi-campus initiative aimed at establishing a new physical identity, operational standard, and patient experience for Inova, a leading nonprofit healthcare provider in Northern Virginia.

Winners will be recognized at the ENR MidAtlantic Best Projects awards event later this year and profiled in the November print issue of ENR East.
