Alexa Hansford focuses on the big picture. Since she joined Ballinger in 2015, she has been using her aptitude for collaboration to turn disparate ideas into cohesive and transformative designs for clients like Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, the University of Maryland Baltimore County, and the University of Maryland College Park. Alexa truly values the colleagues she has made during her tenure and uses her position as studio leader to continually advocate and support the professional growth of her team.
