She has energized Ballinger’s community building and corporate social responsibility efforts through her contributions to b/engaged, a firm-wide group dedicated to building and sustaining inclusive community. Her board service for the Community Design Collaborative has connected the firm with opportunities to foster equitable and resilient neighborhoods in the city of Philadelphia.
