Christopher Bratz has developed efficient and creative HVAC solutions for clients like Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of Pennsylvania since joining Ballinger in 2015. A leader of a team of engineers, Chris approaches each project with a unique perspective that is backed by experience with a wide array of building typologies, including historic structures. His active involvement in professional organizations such as ASHRAE, I2SL, and ISPE allows Chris to stay at the cutting edge of mechanical design and regularly exchange knowledge with the local engineering community.
