Ethan Russell-Benoit came to Ballinger with an open mind about his area of practice but has truly found a passion and aptitude for healthcare architecture. Since joining the practice in 2019, Ethan has been able to contribute to the design of numerous ambitious projects and professionally circumnavigate the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. The regional impact the work he has done for clients like Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has kept his ambition high and his design skills sharp.
