Fernanda Pires keeps an open mind. Since joining the practice in 2020 as a senior healthcare planner, she has led design teams and free-form thought and idea exchanges at Ballinger. While she brings extensive knowledge in Lean and evidence-based design, her first focus is listening to and learning from clients’ experiences. She works with healthcare providers and staff members to identify challenges in current processes and provide accessible tools to address them and measure results. Her work creates innovative and beautiful spaces that respond to each client’s unique culture.
