Trish Cosgrove has Ballinger in her bones. After answering an advertisement she found on a cork message board in her college dining hall, Trish has spent her entire professional career ascending to the top of the finance department. In her role as Director of Finance, Trish oversees both firm and project finances. Through financial reporting and forecasting, she enables informed decision-making by the firm’s leadership and helps support the strategic financial growth of the practice.
