Ballinger Participates in Structural Engineering Workplace Dialogue

Ballinger Principal Angela M. Fante, PE, LEED AP will be a panelist at the 2023 Structural Engineering Engagement and Equity (SE3) National Symposium in Anaheim, California on November 7th. The panel discussion, titled “WFH: Rigid or Flexible (Where are we now?),” will explore working from home policies in this post-pandemic age. Other panelists include Cervente Sudduth, PE, president of DuBois Consultants in Kansas City; Jennifer Ridd, PE, principal at JQ Engineering in Dallas; and Jordan Jarrett, Ph.D., PE, teaching assistant professor at Colorado State University.
Angela is a member of NCSEA’s national Structural Engineering Engagement and Equity Committee, which captures and shares metrics on career advancement and work-life balance, to support engagement, equity, diversity and retention within the industry.
