Principal

Angela M. Fante

PE, LEED AP

“A project is more than constructing a building – it’s an exercise in building relationships and delivering a client’s vision. The most successful projects are beautifully integrated spaces that propel the human endeavor.”

Angela Fante is fiercely loyal to her clients and their projects, and steadfastly faithful to their missions. Rallying Ballinger’s engineering groups around excellence in delivering design vision is her goal as Director of Engineering, while as Managing Principal she draws out the vision of the client through project formation and partners with the designers in delivering it through construction. Transforming a project from the abstract to the concrete, she focuses her efforts on team collaboration, coordination, responsiveness, information flow, and budget and schedule adherence. Having been a Ballinger team member since 2000, she brings over two decades of experience dovetailing the project team from design into construction as a single-focus, forward-moving unit. Her track record in delivering complex projects is the true measure of Angela’s client loyalty.
