Philadelphia Moves Ahead on Dynamic New Public Safety Building

Justice Design News profiled the North Central Public Safety Building, designed by Ballinger. Currently under construction, the building will house Philadelphia’s 22nd Police District and a Police Athletic League (PAL) center. During the design process, Ballinger worked closely with the City of Philadelphia to incorporate community feedback. The design includes a full-size gym, classrooms, and a community room for events and youth programs.
