Sara Ridenour cares deeply about community. Since her start at Ballinger in 2006, she has used that passion to propel projects that help clients like NewYork-Presbyterian and the University of Maryland create innovative communities of care. Her ability to navigate complexity has helped her orchestrate multi-disciplinary teams for initiatives that focus on patient experience, equity, and environmental stewardship. An active member of Ballinger’s community engagement efforts, Sara is committed to putting her signature on spaces that provide modern solutions, future flexibility, and promote wellness for all.
