Excellence at Every Angle

This year, General Building Contractors Association (GBCA) highlighted projects that exude “excellence at every angle,” bestowing two Ballinger projects with 2023 Construction Excellence Awards. Drexel Health Sciences Building and Turner Construction Company / Perryman Construction won Best Educational Institution Project, and The Pavilion at Grand View Health and LF Driscoll won Best Healthcare Project. GBCA, the Philadelphia chapter of the Associated General Contractors of America, is one of America’s oldest trade associations.
