Brent Ellmann knows how to build a strong foundation. In his 15-year career as a structural engineer, Brent has used his ability to find simple solutions to the most complex engineering problems to produce efficient and environmentally kind projects for clients in a variety of sectors. During his time at Ballinger, Brent has developed a serious focus on lifting up his fellow team members through mentorship and facilitating continuing education opportunities. His willingness to learn from and with his colleagues and explore new ideas, while remaining grounded in solid engineering principles, has propelled Brent toward success.
