Jake Shoemaker is a team player who works toward innovative, cohesively designed environments. Since joining Ballinger in 2011, his successful work on healthcare projects has tested his technical ability to navigate complex design problems while balancing the needs of all project stakeholders. Jake was instrumental in guiding the architectural team through the schematic design phase while spearheading MEP coordination and integrating planning efforts at Penn Medicine Radnor. He will continue to frame design solutions with stakeholder needs in constant focus.
