Katherine Ahrens strives for innovation, consensus, and alignment, making sure she and her team translate each client’s needs into a place that enhances culture, spurs productivity, and addresses current and future demands. Since joining the practice in 2010, she has assisted corporate, healthcare, and academic clients in elevating their workplace strategy through diligent research and creative problem-solving. From analyzing pre-occupancy data to the development of change management solutions and post-occupancy evaluations, Katherine has honed a winning methodology for creating value-added space strategies for a wide range of workplace functions.
